Kulinářské odpoledne s francouzštinou

Ve čtvrtek 10. května jsme se s francouzským seminářem, pod odborným dohledem prof. Šagátové, vydali vařit, péct a obecně kuchtit po francouzsku.

Při této příležitosti jsme nakoupili a obstarali potřebné suroviny na plánované pokrmy. Naše kulinářské dovednosti jsme si ověřovali na Vyšehradě.

Je třeba poznamenat, že všechny instrukce a celková komunikace probíhala pouze ve francouzštině, takže jsme se občas museli řídit naší čerstvě probuzenou francouzskou intuicí.

Naše odpolední menu bylo složeno ze 4 hlavních pokrmů: tuňákový quiche, špenátový quiche, sladké francouzké palačinky a slané palačinky. Nechyběl ale ani salát se speciální zálivkou. Po takovém menu jsme všichni (až na výjimky) měli opravdu supersyté žaludky.

Bylo to opravdu výjimečné odpoledne, na které dlouho nezapomeneme, a naučili jsme se spoustu praktických věcí. Je to určitě skvělý příklad toho, jak efektivně využít čas semináře. Jsem si jistá, že slovní zásoba, získaná takto v praxi a poutavou formou, nám z hlavy jen tak nezmizí.
