Oba naši zástupci zaujali pětičlennou porotu svou jasnou přesvědčivostí, odbornými znalostmi, schopností vést dialog a taktéž svými výbornými vyjadřovacími schopnostmi v němčině.
Alžběta Dusová a Ondřej Kadleček (oba ze 7.B) zvítězili 14. května 2025 v tzv. Landesfinale (českém zemském finále) německé debatní soutěže „Jugend debattiert“.
Dne 29. dubna 2025 se ve školní knihovně konala debatní soutěž v němčině tzv. Schulverbundsrunde. Zúčastnili se jí studenti Arcibiskupského gymnázia, Deutsche Schule Prag a Gymnázia F. X. Šaldy z Liberce.
